Guest Reviews & Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms were not only very comfortable and clean but also had convenient amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk away from historic Durango and all its attractions. While the dining options were somewhat limited and pricey, the overall value for money was great.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were very nice, clean, with a balcony overlooking the Animas River. Despite making the reservation with my bookings account, the view was facing the river, and I left the window open all night because the breeze was amazing. The service went the extra mile to arrange a shuttle and gave me a room close to the door at the end of the hotel, making it super convenient. The location was fantastic, within two blocks to historic Durango, easily walking distance to shops, entertainment, and restaurants. The dining experience was very good, with options to upgrade to a hot buffet, but the hash browns were a disappointment. Overall, a great value for money!
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms had a cooler view of the Animas River from the balcony, but they looked a bit worn in the woodwork and bath door. The service was super friendly and helpful, providing great tips for exploring Durango, Co. The location was excellent, especially for families with kids, allowing easy access to local attractions like rafting and the Durango railroad. However, the room's condition didn't quite match the high price tag, and the dining options were a bit pricey for what was offered.
